And they have just happened to take him around the world cooking for his hit show for which he is the charismatic host, and in some of the most beautiful and exotic places in the world. From this has also come a Cafe in Santa Monica and two great books that simplify your cooking for great tasting and nourishing meals. And it was at his family cafe in North Bondi, that Benny Lucas (the other co-founder of Flow Athletic) dreamed up our future business and all that we wanted to create with it.
