Focus: Adductors (inner thigh), hamstrings.
Butterfly pose:
Focus: Hips, groin, lower back.
Bridge pose:
Focus: great for digestion, shoulders and chest.
Reclined Butterfly pose:
Focus: Restorative way to open hips and groin. Super sweet for the nervous system.
Reclined Twist:
Focus: Releases lower back and aids digestion.
Savasana:
Focus: Relax!
