This is a question I pepper into the yoga classes I lead and, more often now, one I ask myself when ‘conscious’ enough.

So right now. In this moment. How’s the breath?

What we may not consider often enough in our day to day activities is that the mind, body and breath are intimately connected and can influence each other.

Our breathing is influenced by our thoughts. And our thoughts and physiology can be influenced by our breath. Learning to breath consciously and with our awareness can be an incredible tool in helping to restore the mind/body balance and the vibration that you attract in any moment.
